Staying here was a breeze, this location has a hostel style feel with the luxury of having your own room with a lock. There is someone on site to help and Ryan responds quickly.

This house is new, clean, and LOVELY! There were many thoughtful details and high quality items. The views were great, the beds were comfy, the street was quiet, and it’s just a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. The kitchen, dining area, and living area are perfect for a large group to relax, hang out, cook, and eat together. There is also a garage game room, not shown in the photos, with a foosball table and shuffleboard. We had a great time here!

The room was located in a very cool location. Everything was extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I would highly recommend staying here!

You can’t beat the location of this place! We went on a couples trip to the bourbon trail and wanted to stay somewhere with a lot to do after we visited the distilleries. We were able to visit tons of distilleries within a 25 minute drive and everything in Frankfort is very walkable from the Airbnb! Incredibly convenient place and I highly recommend it!

10 of us stayed at the house for my son’s wedding and it was very comfortable – plenty of room. The house is very private and the gardens are gorgeous. You can stroll along the grounds and even visit some chickens. It rained every day but our last afternoon, but on that sunny day, we all gathered outside and it was lovely. What I loved the most about the house was the huge amount of space. Even though there were 10 of us, we all had so much space, you felt like you could ‘get away’ if needed. Having two kitchens, especially two fridges was great! The review states there are no spices, which I was worried about, but there were all sorts of spices, including coffee, tea, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked. The karaoke machine was challenging to get going and it seems to be only in Chinese (this was probably a benefit for the whole group 😉 There was no iron but when I mentioned that, one was delivered. They really need to hang secure curtains in the master bathroom, behind the tub.

Great house for a family to share. Kid-friendly bunk bed room, well stocked play area and work spaces. Lovely outdoor deck and small back yard for outdoor relaxation. Good residential neighborhood close to Fremont.

We loved our stay! This area is walkable to many restaurants and sightseeing things in the area. Clean, spacious, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Positive: After a long day of moving our daughter into a new Philadelphia apartment the queen suite was the perfect place to relax and unwind for the night. The property was immaculate, from the wonderful smelling entryway to the spotless kitchen area. The bed, while extra soft, still led to a great night’s sleep. Extra props for the rain shower in the bathroom!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute boutique hotel. The location is right in the heart of the downtown area and very walkable to restaurants, shops, bars, museums and the Capitol building. The Howser Tavern right downstairs was convenient and delicious. The room was well stocked and clean and we loved the exposed brick interior. The host was very responsive to questions, etc. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

This place is all that it seems in the pics. It is modern, clean, and quiet. Queen Anne is a lovely area to use as a base in Seattle. Highly recommend, would stay here every time in the area. Happy travels!

This was a great place for the Eastern side of the bourbon trail. Close to what we wanted to see, nice location, just right.

The stay was excellent and very accessible.

The area and property are beautiful, peaceful and very safe. Downtown Ballard and numerous, great local restaurants are all short drives away. The kitchen is a good sized space and was well supplied making cooking easy. The property manager is great at proactive communication and also very responsive. There is a good collection of games, books, toys and puzzles. The tree house was a big hit with my granddaughter!

The house was beautiful and the view was even better- we loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

My group of 14 ladies loved staying at this property. It is serene and gorgeous, and there is so much space inside the home, not to mention cozy and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here—such a wonderful place for a family! Our daughter was completely enchanted by the tree house, which added a magical touch to the whole experience. As expected with outdoor spaces, there was a bit of dust, but nothing that took away from the charm. The only thing to note is that the parking area can be a little tricky, especially if you’re arriving with two vehicles. We brought a Kia Sportage Plug-in Hybrid and a Honda Accord. Since the charging port is on the passenger side, it was a bit challenging to plug in and still have space to get out of the car. We made it work, though—just a heads-up for anyone in a similar situation. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

Positive: Our room was both spacious and cozy. It was close to bars & restaurants. Buffalo Trace was just up the road. Special surprises awaited us too! Highly recommend.

A great getaway place.

We stayed here for about 10 days and it was a beautiful stay. We have 3 kids 3 and under and they absolutely loved being able to get outside and play and watch the creek. they also Loved playing upstairs in the loft. it was a great stay and felt right at home.
